Screener for Exceptional Education
Thank you for reaching out concerning an Exceptional Education Screening for your child. Please complete the process below so that the necessary documents may be generated for your child's evaluation.
Follow the steps below:
1. Select Online Screener Registration below.
2. Create an Account (if you do not already have a student in the district).
3. When you get to the question concerning grade level, Select PK3.
4. Continue clicking and updating any forms that are needed until you get to “Review & Submit”.
5. On the “Submission Confirmation” page you have the option to print a copy of the submitted form.
6. Email Dr. Sonya Price at sprice@gsboe.org to make an appointment for the referral and evaluation for your child.
